Raising kids requires creativity, patience, thoughtfulness, understanding, consistency, structure, trust, and respect. These traits are necessary ten-fold when you are teaching a child to not only eat, but develop a healthy relationship with food.
Mealtimes can fall apart for many reasons but challenges are most common in the toddler/preschool stage of development when kids are becoming more independent.
